Companies or institutes are invited to submit group registrations, provided they have a minimum of 5 people to register.
Companies must submit personal address details for each registered person. Registrations with the company address will be refused unless it is specified that the company employs the participant.
All group registrations should be submitted with one single list that should include the name and address details of all participants and the activities for which they have to be registered (e.g. main programme + opening ceremony). Full invoice address, contact person (with direct phone, fax and e-mail address) must also be submitted.
Group registrations will only be accepted when submitted by means of an on-line reservation.
