Rome exam – instructions

    1. You need to bring your photo ID (passport or ID card), ESHRE number, pens and some water.

       
    2. TURN YOUR MOBILE PHONE OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE ROOM

       
    3. You will be admitted to the hall area depending on your surname so please go to the appropriate desk. You will be asked to sign next to your name. You must leave all your belongings at the front or rear of the hall. You must only take your pens, a clock and some water to your desk. The desks are set out alphabetically. You will have a set desk which will have your name on and an envelope containing the exam paper and the answer sheet which will all have your individual ID number. You must not open the envelope until instructed. There must be no talking at any time except to the invigilators. If you need something you must raise your hand. If you need to go to the toilet you will be accompanied by an invigilator.

       
    4. When everyone is seated, the invigilators will go through the instructions (See pdf – a copy of this will be on your desk).

       
    5. We hope to have the exams marked by the end of July 2010.
