All participants and their accompanying persons are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony that takes place in the main lecture hall. It will be an entertaining and eventful introduction to the meeting. After the Opening Ceremony, we will officially open the industrial exhibit and invite our delegates to the Welcome Reception. Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception are complimentary, but participation has to be indicated on the registration form.
Tuesday, 3 July 2012 from 8.30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
We invite all delegates and their accompanying persons to take part in the “Tuesday Evening Congress Party” which will take place at the Suada.
It will be an ideal moment to meet up with old friends and to make new acquaintances.
Buffet Dinner with Entertainment will start at 8.30 pm.
Participation is optional and tickets for this unique event will be 120 Euro/ person.
Wednesday, 4 July 2012 from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The Closing and Award Ceremony will be held after the last session of the meeting. During this Ceremony, the winners of the 2012 ESHRE Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be presented. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards, together with representatives of the award sponsors. At the end of this Ceremony we will say goodbye and make a new appointment for our meeting in London in the year 2013. Attendance is free of charge, but participation has to be indicated on the registration form.
