First payment deadline is 30 April. In case the reservation is made on 30 April, the payment is requested before 10 May 2012:
Pay the first invoice, which is 50% of the total registration fee of the pre-booking/reservation, to confirm the pre-booking (non-reduced fees!) at the early registration fee. Reduced fees are only applicable after submitting the official Group Registration Form.
The second payment should cover the total outstanding amount of the registration before 8 June 2012 based on the second invoice, even if you are still making changes.
All changes after the second shall be paid immediately by credit card or cash onsite.
The final invoice (if applicable) will be sent after the Annual Meeting before the end of August 2011.
Overpayments will be refunded after the Annual Meeting. Please only make payments according to the invoices with the reference of the group IST-xxxx to avoid overpayments and confusion.
After receipt of your registrations by means of the Group Registration Form, participants will be registered and confirmed. The confirmation will show a total that will be invoiced unless additional registrations are submitted for the existing group or other changes are made influencing the price. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
A full refund (less 100 Euro administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received at the Central Office on or before 30 April 2012. ESHRE regrets that it will be unable to consider requests received after this date. The date of the receipt of the written request for cancellation by the ESHRE Central Office will be considered as the date of cancellation.
