A combined fee is offered that includes participation to one of the scheduled pre-congress courses on 1 July and the main programme on 2, 3 & 4 July 2012. Participants who register for this combined option will enjoy a reduction.
Reductions that are offered for the combined option are NOT valid for participants who first register for the main programme or a precongress course only and afterward decide to register additionally for a precongresscourse- only or the main-programme-only options. In these instances the full fees will apply!

The early fee rate (until 30 April)
- All registrations before the deadline are at the early fee rate. The early rate stays applicable for the pre-booked number of registration on condition that the Group Registration Form is returned to ESHRE at the latest on 27 May 2012.
The late fee rate (from 1 May to 10 June included)
- All new names (replace a participant by another) will be registered at the late fee rate.
- All new delegates (in addition to the pre-registered number of delegates) will be registered at the late fee rate.
- If a participant is already registered for the main program, but decides in this period to add a pre-congress course (PCC): the PCC will be registered as an extra activity at the late fee rate.
- The late fee become applicable for early pre-booked registration if the Group Registration Form is returned later than 27 May and earlier than 11 June 2012.
The onsite fee (as from 11 June)
- All name changes (replace a pre-booked participant by a new name) will be registered at the onsite fee.
- All new delegates (in addition to the pre-registered number of delegates) will be registered at the onsite fee rate.
- If a participant is already registered for the main program, but decides in this period to add a pre-congress course (PCC): the PCC will be registered as an extra activity at the onsite fee rate.
- The onsite fee become applicable for early pre-booked registration if the Group Registration Form is returned later than 10 June 2012.
Reservations will be at the non-reduced fee. The reduction for members, students and paramedical staff is applicable by means of the Group Registration Form (which will be sent to the group responsible after the first payment).
All reservations after 30 April 00:00 CET will be at the applicable registration fee. Reservations are ONLY possible ONLINE.
After the 30 April 2012 deadline, late registration fees will apply to delegates that are registered (for the main programme and/or pre-congress courses) in addition to the prebooked number of participants. After the 10 June 2012 deadline, onsite registration fees will apply to delegates that are registered (for the main programme and/or precongress courses) in addition to the prebooked number of participants. It is advisable not to overestimate the number of prebooked participants, since early non-member registration fees will apply to any pre-booked registration that is not accounted for by 27 June 2012.

(*) “Student” applies to undergraduate, graduate and medical students, residents and post-doctoral research trainees.
(*) “Paramedical” applies to support personnel such as nurses/midwives, laboratory technicians, counselors/psychologists/social workers, ESHRE certified clinical embryologists (Bsc level). Embryologists have to register at the ordinary membership fee unless we receive a letter in which their Head of Department confirms they work in a routine environment as a lab technician.
REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT ACCOMPANYING LETTER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND SUBSEQUENTLY LOW FEES WILL NOT BE VALIDATED. THE COPY OF THE STUDENT ID AND LETTERS CERTIFYING PARAMEDICAL STATUS MUST BE SENT TOGETHER WITH THE GROUP REGISTRATION FORM. Read more about proof of status.
Membership fees only apply to members of ESHRE. Please note that although non-members can apply for membership before registering for the meeting, processing membership usually takes up to one week. Read more about membership application here.
The registration fees DO NOT include admission to the congress dinner on Tuesday evening, 3 July. An extra fee will have to be paid for admission to this activity. This also applies to the accompanying person.
Please note that registrations for only one of the main congress days are not available.
Badges are non-transferable. False certification of individuals as paid ESHRE congress attendees, misuse of badges, any method of assisting unauthorised persons to gain access to any ESHRE Annual Meeting, or any other inappropriate or unauthorised conduct will be just cause for repossessing badges of any individuals involved, and will lead to the barring of all parties involved from the congress without obligation no ESHRE’s part to refund any fees.
Registered delegates who are not able to attend the Annual Meeting can be replaced by another person.Read more about this here.
