In order to secure group registrations at the early (low) registration fees, it suffices to prebook the expected number of participants (without names or address details) by the Group Responsible before the early fee deadline of 30 April 2012. No names are required in this stage, only the number of participants for a particular part of the scientific programme: main programme, a pre-congress course or both as the combined option.
Details such as social activities (opening & closing ceremony, congress party) and registration of an accompanying person are requested in a later stage (step 6).
Registrations are only possible online here. During this reservation you are requested to inform ESHRE with the correct invoice details and the VAT (tax) number. Before submitting you agree with all conditions & terms connected to this page.
