4. A confirmation of the payment will be sent,

together with the official Group Registration Form and Pickup Form

The group responsible can only register the members of his group by means of the official Group Registration Form.
The confirmation letters of the delegates will be sent according to the option the responsible chose by submitting the Pickup Form.
