An individual confirmation letter with barcode will be sent to the Group Responsible if chosen for scenario 1, in which delegates pickup their badge and congress kit at the pre-registration area. The letters will be sent by e-mail to the group responsible after the second payment (so after 8 June).
An individual confirmation letter confirms the registration of the participant by means of an official ESHRE document. Each participant has to present this letter together with the ID card or passport at the pre-registration area or at the registration desk in case of problems. It is very important that the participant receives this confirmation letter personally.
In case a participant has a badge, this confirmation letters is no longer requested. So delegates of groups with a pickup by the group responsible or a hotel delivery, do not receive this confirmation letter, as the group responsible will give them their entrance badge.
