Companies or institutes are invited to submit group registrations, provided they have a minimum of 5 people to register.
Companies must submit personal or professional address details for each registered person. Registrations with the (sponsor) company address will be refused unless it is specified that the company employs that participant. Group registrations will only be accepted when submitted by means of the on-line reservation. In this phase no names are needed.
After payment the first pro forma according to the online reservation, the official Group Registration Form and Pickup Form will be sent to the group responsible.
