Payment of Registration Fees

Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. The date of payment will be considered as the date of registration. Early rates (i.e. before 30 April 2012) only apply when registration AND payment are received BEFORE 30 April 2012. When registrations AND payments are received AFTER 30 April 2012 or AFTER 10 June 2012, then the corresponding late fees will automatically apply.

Payment in EURO should be made in advance (except group) by one of the following means:

1. Bank to bank transfer to ESHRE in Euro

Clearly mention name and/or registration number with the bank transfer. Remittance should be free of charge to the recipient.

2. Registration fees may be paid by credit card

Print your name exactly as it appears on the credit card, indicate type of card (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa), credit card number and expiration date.

Personal cheques and bank drafts cannot be accepted!
