IMPORTANT NOTICE!
“Student” applies to undergraduate, graduate and medical students, residents and post-doctoral research trainees. “Paramedical” applies to support personnel such as nurses/midwives, laboratory technicians, counselors/psychologists/social workers, ESHRE certified clinical embryologists (Bsc level). Embryologists must register at the ordinary membership fee unless we receive a letter in which their Head of Department confirms they work in a routine environment as a lab technician.
Registrations for students and paramedicals must be accompanied by a letter from the Head of the Department to verify their status. This letter has to be faxed to the ESHRE Central Office (+32 2 269 56 00) or sent by email (info@eshre.eu).
REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT THE ACCOMPANYING LETTER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND REDUCED FEES WILL NOT BE VALIDATED. WHEN LETTERS CERTIFYING STUDENT OR PARAMEDICAL STATUS ARE SENT AFTER THE 30 APRIL DEADLINE, LATE FEES WILL BE APPLICABLE EVEN WHEN REGISTRATION FORMS ARE RECEIVED BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
Membership fees only apply to members of ESHRE. Please note that although non-members can apply for membership before registering for the meeting, processing membership usually takes up to one week.
Please note that registrations for only one of the main congress days are not available.
At ESHRE 2012, all registered participants will receive by default a memory stick that will contain the abstract book (including full search functions). However, if – in addition to this memo stick - you would like to receive a hard-copy (book) version of the abstracts, you can order a book by checking the above box ‘hard copy abstract book’. There will be an extra cost of 5 Euro. Only a limited number of hard-copy abstract books will be produced for participants who choose to have one based on the requests received by 18 May.
