10 steps to register a group 

 

  1. Make an online reservation at the early non-reduced fee before 30 April 2012
  2. A first invoice with payment request will be sent to you
  3. Pay the first invoice, which is 50% of the total registration fee, before 30 April 2012
  4. A confirmation of the payment will be sent, together with the official Group Registration Form and Pickup Form
  5. If applicable: apply for membership
  6. Return the Group Registration Form and Pickup form filled out properly to erika@eshre.eu before 27 May 2012. How to fill out?
  7. A second invoice with the outstanding amount will be sent
  8. Pay the second invoice before 8 June 2012
  9. The confirmation letters will be sent according to your choice (pickup form) after the total registration is completed (between 8 and 15 June 2012)
  10. The final invoice will be sent after full payment

30 April 2012

- online reservation

- first payment 

27 May 2012

- return Group Registration Form (proof of status student/paramedics included)

- return Group Pickup Form

8 June 2012

- second payment of the outstanding balance 

27 June 2012

- deadline name changes
