This course will focus on state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis according to the updated ESHRE guidelines based on available scientific evidence by means of presentations and interactive discussions.
At the conclusion of this course participants should be able to:
1. understand the development, updating and level of evidence associated with clinical guidelines in general2. apply the ESHRE guidelines for clinical management of endometriosis in their own clinical practice3. realize that many clinical issues with respect to endometriosis management are still unresolved and require more and better research

The following audience will benefit from this course: gynaecologists and other physicians and health care professionals specialists involved in or interested in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis
Registrations are only possible on-line. Registrations are limited to 150 participants. For availability of places, please check the Calendar first.
The following fees apply:
1. Members of ESHRE = 100 Euro
2. Non-members of ESHRE = 150 Euro
3. Student members of ESHRE = 50 Euro
4. Student non-members of ESHRE* = 70 Euro
* “Student” applies to undergraduate medical students, residents, fellows and post-doctoral research trainees. A letter from the head of the department proving the participant’s student status must accompany each student registration. The reduced student fee applies to students younger than 35 years, so please send also a copy of your passport/ID card.
PLEASE NOTE! The preferred methods of payment are either by bank transfer or credit card. Cheques and bank drafts will not be accepted.

Deadline pre-registration: 19 February 2010. Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure we receive payment by this date.
All cancellations should be made in writing. An administrative fee of 25 Euro will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations received after 1 February 2010 will not be refunded.

The local organisers, Attila Bokor and Janos Rigo, represent the First Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Semmelweis University. This department, founded in 1812, is the oldest obstetrical institute in Hungary. Ignác Semmelweis himself was director of the department from 1855 until his death in 1865

The Campus Course will be held in the riverside Art'otel Budapest hotel, located opposite the Hungarian Parliament on the Danube River. The hotel offers a unique opportunity to experience the fusion of travel, design and art in the city's historic center. A series of works by Donald Sultan, a renowned contemporary artist, are displayed throughout the hotel in Budapest.

You arrive at Ferihegy Airport in Budapest, Hungary.
From Ferihegy Airport you can take a taxi (30 minutes, costs about 25-30 Euro) or public transportation.
At Ferihegy Airport take bus 200E. Get off the bus at: Kőbánya-Kispest (last stop of the bus). Follow the signs M3. Take the subway M3. Get off the metro at: Deák tér (10 stops). At Deák tér follow the sign M2. Take the subway M2 towards Moszkva tér. Get off the subway at Batthyany tér (only 2 stops).

A boat trip on the Danube with dinner and wine tasting is planned. All participants are invited to attend this social event which will be held on Friday 26 February 2010 at 8 p.m. Participation is optional and tickets for the event will be 50 Euro per person.
