Art. 134. Oocytes, sperm and fertilized oocytes which have not been used to create offspring may be granted to scientific, educational and medical facilities in the country and abroad for medical, scientific and educational purposes with the donor’s written informed consent, and in the case of fertilized oocytes – with the consent of both donors, following a procedure provided for in a regulation by the Minister of Health-not prepared.
