The Special Interest Group in Andrology (SIGA) is one of the larger Interest groups in ESHRE with 813 of ESHRE’s 5568 members affiliated to it. Our SIG was founded in The Hague, The Netherlands in 1992 in a breakfast-meeting during the ESHRE Annual Meeting under the leadership of Professor Lynn Fraser, who became its first coordinator.
To promote scientific and clinical andrology within ESHRE
• improve quality of laboratory andrology • increase knowledge and interest in clinical andrology among ESHRE members• collaborate and exchange knowledge with other European Andrology Societies
