Born in 1961, married, 3 children.

Education

I was licensed as an authorized laboratory technologist back in 1988 at Aalborg Sygehus, Aalborg (DK). Since 1991 I have worked with IVF, at the Fertility Clinic, Rigshospitalet, University Hospital of Copenhagen.

Professional experience

My experience covers most aspects of assisted reproduction, including:

• Identification and evaluation of oocytes
• Evaluation of cleavage stage embryos
• Transfer of embryos
• Cryopreservation/vitrification and thawing/warming of embryos
• All aspects of ICSI procedures including TESA.
• Semen analysis including computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA)
• PGD-techniques
• Oocyt vitrifiattion/warming
• Patient safety and quality assurance

I have participated in several scientific studies.
I am a member of: Danish Fertility Society, Nordic Fertility Society and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
