I was licensed as an authorized laboratory technologist back in 1988 at Aalborg Sygehus, Aalborg (DK). Since 1991 I have worked with IVF, at the Fertility Clinic, Rigshospitalet, University Hospital of Copenhagen.

In 2007 we performed more than 2200 cycles of IVF, ICSI, FER, PGD and IUI.

My experience covers most aspects of assisted reproduction, including:

• Identification and evaluation of oocytes
• Evaluation of cleavage stage embryos
• Transfer of embryos
• Cryopreservation and thawing of embryos
• All aspects of ICSI procedures including Mesa/TESA.
• Semen analysis including computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA)
• PGD-techniques
• Patient safety and quality assurance

I have also participated in several scientific studies.

I am a member of several national and international professional bodies: Danish Fertility Society, Nordic Fertility Society and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
