How do I get from the airport to the congress centre?

Shuttles
Shuttle buses will be running between the airport and ICM on a regular basis during the congress (from 28 June to 2 July 2014). The shuttle schedule can be found here. A single ticket costs 8€ and a return ticket 13€. Return tickets can be used for a round trip at any time during the Annual Meeting.

Trains
Suburban trains(S-Bahn) run directly from the airport to the ICM Munich.

Taxis
Taxis travel between the airport and the ICM at a fixed price. Find out more here.

// Registration desks

The staff of ESHRE Centre Office will be happy to assist you with all your requests. We are available at the registration and information desks located in the Foyer at the entrance to the ICM.

You can also meet us at the ESHRE Courtesy area which will be open on Sunday from 08.00 to 22.00 and on Monday to Wednesday according to the schedule of the registration desks. The ESHRE Courtesy stand will be located on the 1st floor, close to the Auditorium.

The registration and general information desks will be open at the following hours:

You will find computers with full access in the “E-Zone” located close to the ESHRE Courtesy stand . There will be WI-FI everywhere in the ICM, except in the lecture halls.

You will also be able to try the ESHRE apps by visiting our “App totems” located on the ground floor (Foyer) and on the first floor (close to the ESHRE Courtesy area). You will be able to browse through the app of the Annual Meeting, the app on the management of endometriosis, and the ESHRE journals’ app

Itinerary planner

You can create your own itinerary, browse the abstracts and print your personal programme with the itinerary planner.

Go paperless at the meeting, create your personal programme and interact with other participants with the official ESHRE 2014 app. You can now download the app from Google Play and App Store.

Managing endometriosis: the app 
All you need to know about endometriosis is at your fingertip with the ESHRE app. ESHRE invites you to the launch session of the app. Monday 30 June from 12:00 to 13:00 in Room 2


Posters
The poster area will be located on the first floor of the ICM.
This year the best abstracts selected for poster presentation will be discussed during two “poster discussions”. The discussions will take place in the poster area on Monday 30 June and Tuesday 1 July from 13:00 to 14:00. A detailed schedule is available here.

on Tuesday 1 July from 20:30 to 23:00 at the Alte Kongress Halle in Munich. The party is fully booked but, if you are going, don’t forget to bring your e-ticket. It will be checked at the door

Have a bite at one of the catering facilities open during the Annual Meeting at the ICM.

As a member of ESHRE you can register for all ESHRE activities at a much lower rate. Costs can be up to 200€ less for congress registration.

You also have a lot of privileges. You can subscribe to ESHRE journals at a lower rate. You receive regular updates and information through our newsletters, brochures, and leaflets. You get access to the membership-only sections of the ESHRE website. You can also access the app “Managing endometriosis” for free.

You will receive three times a year our members magazine Focus on Reproduction - and can also participate in the Society’s policy-making by admission to the Annual General Assembly.
