Course description
This course aims to provide (a) an overview of current treatment approaches for endometriosis, (b) review current laboratory approaches to identify new treatments, (c) review specific therapeutics currently under research, and (d) examine the challenges of moving endometriosis research from the laboratory into the clinical setting.

 

Target audience
Clinicians, researchers and patients with an interest in the endometrium and endometriosis.

 

Educational needs and expected outcomes
The course should provide you with
(a) a summary of the effectiveness of current treatments for endometriosis
(b) an in-depth understanding of the laboratory models being used to try to identify new treatments
(c) an update of specific therapeutics currently under research
