The ESHRE Annual Meeting is the biggest international event of the year for a lot of exhibitors. It offers you a great opportunity to network with experts in reproductive medicine and science.

You will have the opportunity to meet (potential) customers, to have great visibility and to expand your global reach.

The exhibition will be officially opened with a Welcome Reception for all delegates at 8 p.m. on Sunday, 1 July 2018, immediately following the Opening Ceremony of the Annual Meeting.
ESHRE also aims to bring the delegates together at fixed times during the congress by arranging complementary coffee breaks and lunch breaks in the exhibit hall.

International exposure

In the top 5 you will see three European countries and two non-European – This ratio is also reflected in the overall distribution of delegates where we see in between 60-70% delegates from within Europe and around 30-40% from non-European countries as shown in the following graphs summarizing attendance to our previous Annual Meeting held in Geneva, Switzerland.

While participation fluctuated over the years, we have witnessed an average attendance of more than 8000 registered participants (i.e. not including exhibitors).

Product exposure

While the meeting in general offers an ideal opportunity for networking, the exhibit area is undoubtedly the place to be to promote products and services to a wide range of professionals in the field going from clinicians to laboratory directors and technicians, researchers, nurses and other allied personnel.
