ESHRE Internet Zone
The aim of ESHRE is to provide a forum for the exchange and discussion of new clinical and scientific ideas. The Society, in good faith, assumes that all participants will respect the non-political nature of our annual meeting.
The registration and general information desks will be located in the entrance hall of the congress centre and will be open at the following hours:

Any queries regarding accommodation should be directed to Mundiconvenius who will be managing the hotels desk in the registration area throughout the Meeting.

English is the official language of the meeting. There will be no simultaneous translation.
YELLOW: access to pre-congress courses only
RED: access to main program only (not to the pre-congress courses)
GREEN: access only to the exhibit and other congress facilities, but no access to any of the scientific sessions (i.e. pre-congress courses as well as main program)
Slide preview facilities will be available in the slide preview room, which is located in Pavilion 1 of the FIL. Presenters are kindly requested to submit their slides on a portable medium at least 60 minutes before presentation!
Pay a visit to our cyber facility “The ESHRE Internet Zone”, which is located in Pavilion 1 of the FIL. “The E-Zone” is an internet facility with various functions such as:
• Use of the internet. Browsers shall always launch with www.eshre.eu as homepage.
Internet pages cannot be printed.
• A meeting tool where a participant can consult the scientific programme of the meeting,
click on titles of presentations and read the related abstract (individual pdf’s to be provided for by OUP and which are stored on a local server) plus the possibility to create a personal itinerary with print option, will also be available.
• A second meeting tool where a participant can print a personalised certificate of attendance and a receipt of payment (provided the participant’s registration has been paid in full).
Computer access will only be possible with a username and password (access details are printed on the participant’s badge).
The E-Zone will also have some free spaces where participants can sit and work on their own laptop.
