Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception at the Meeting Venue Sunday, 14 June 2015
Opening Ceremony I 19:00 - 20:00 I Room Lisbon (Pavilion 1) Welcome Reception I 20:00 - 22:00 I Exhibit Hall (Pavilion 2)
All participants and their accompanying persons are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony that takes place in room Lisbon (Pavilion 1). It will be an entertaining and eventful introduction to the meeting. After the Opening Ceremony, we will officially open the industrial exhibit and invite our delegates to the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall.
Charity Run and Networking Event
Tuesday, 16 June 2015 I 18:30 I Parque das Nações
A community evening for all participants will be held after the last session on Tuesday, and you are invited to attend.
A networking event for the entire ESHRE community follows the annual charity run in the Parque das Nações, and will be a wonderful chance to meet colleagues in the special atmosphere of Lisbon - indeed, an opportunity to fulfil the very motto of ESHRE: Science moving people. People moving science.
ESHRE’s charity run this year gives ESHRE members a chance to team up with Fertility Europe, ESHRE’s partner patient organisation, to do a little good for their own health and help raise funds for patient groups throughout Europe.
Following the run, the evening will continue in the nearby Pavilhão de Portugal with a chance for everyone to say hello, for scientists to meet clinicians, juniors to meet their seniors, and of course for you to meet your colleagues from all over the world.
Registrations for the charity run and the networking event, at a fee of 30 Euro, might still be possible onsite
Awards and Closing Ceremony at the Meeting Venue Wednesday, 17 June 2015 I 15:30 16:30 I Room Auditorium 1
The Closing and Award Ceremony will be held after the last session of the meeting. During this Ceremony, the winners of the 2015 ESHRE Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be presented. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards, together with representatives of the award sponsors. At the end of this Ceremony we will say goodbye and make a new appointment for our meeting in Helsinki in the year 2016. Attendance is free of charge to registered participants.
