       Sociocultural appropriateness
It is important to elicit culturally appropriate
information relevant to adaptation through consultation with stakeholders and users (Kreuter et al. 2003).
Stakeholders can help adapt tools by addressing the following:
Surface characteristics of a target group (e.g., their look and feel, wording)
Deeper sociocultural characteristics (e.g., values, beliefs) that might affect implementation and effectiveness.
Adaptations could better link to deep structures via cultural tailoring (Resnicow et al. 1999).

    Feasibility
Feasibility can cover diverse components including:
Acceptability to providers and users (e.g., suitability, attractiveness)
Demand (e.g., individual or organizational intention to use), practicality (e.g., resources needed)
Dissemination and implementation issues (e.g., constraints) Bowen et al. 2009
