Choice of endoscopy
• Transvaginal
No obvious pathology
Few risks of therapeutic need(except for PCO patient)
• Transabdominal:
If pathology requiring surgical approach is expected(according to clinical exam,HSG results,medical history...)
conclusions
• Transvaginal endoscopy(fertiloscopy) allows to propose a very mini‐ invasive endoscopy
• It has been prooved as effective as laparoscopy in patient with no obvious pathology
• It is very safe
• ...and therefore gives no excuse to skip endoscopy to go directly to IVF when non invasive tests such as HSG are « normal »
