 IVM represents a experimental but actual technique that could potentially be systemically associated with either COS or OTC for fertility preservation.
 Aspirating or collecting IVM oocytes in vivo or ex vivo in the case of OTC could increase oocyte yield and provide an additional source of fertility in a range of different patients, including PCOS, patients receiving gonadotoxic treatment or IVF patients.
 However, more research is needed to assess the true safety of using these oocytes.
 Finally, culture of isolated preantral stage follicles holds great potential for the future, but we are not quite there yet...
