“Presence of endometrial glands and stroma in ectopic sites”
Definite disease: 1. Ovarian endometriomas
2. Deep implants (> 5 mm deep)
3. Implants of any size + adhesions
Possible disease: Implants not meeting above criteria + one of the following
- Infertility
- Dysmenorrhea moderate-severe - Dyspareunia moderate-severe
- Pelvic pain moderate-severe
