• Pregnancy rate 30-50%
• Live birth rate 10-35%
• Poor prognostic indicators:
- Adhesions obliterating both ostia - Age >35 years
- Amenorrhea/oligomenorrhea
- Abnormal ultrasound appearance
- Reformation of adhesions at 2nd look
