COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course we aim to highlight important recent developments in andrology research. The objective is to link the gathered new insights with potential future infertility diagnosis and treatment. Technical difficulties that need to be overcome before implementation into clinical practice will be discussed.
TARGET AUDIENCE
All clinicians, biologists, scientists, IVF laboratory technicians and paramedicals interested in male infertility.
EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This course will:
• review mammalian germ cell development
• introduce new insights in the spermatogenic process
• discuss the application of new developments in clinical practice
