Biography:
Dr Rodriguez-Wallberg MD, PhD, is an active physician at Karolinska University Hospital and a clinical researcher in the fields of assisted reproduction technologies (ART), reproductive oncology and fertility preservation both at the Karolinska Hospital and Karolinska Institutet. In 2017 Dr Rodriguez-Wallberg was promoted to the position of University Lecturer in Reproductive Oncology at Karolinska Institutet, the first Swedish Lecturer in this research area. She is also Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2013. Dr Rodriguez-Wallberg's clinical work encompasses all fields of ART including treatments to couples using autologous or donor gametes, pre-implantation diagnosis, fertility preservation and discordant viral infections. Her current research projects have a focus on the efficacy and safety of ART in specific patient treatment groups.
