• Human spermatozoa are susceptible to DNA damage
• Excessive DNA damages are likely to reduce fertility
• StandardizationofmethodsofidentifyingDNA damaged sperm urgently needed.
• Therecouldbelongtermconsequencesofusing DNA damage spermatozoa for ICSI

• Fresh and frozen embryo transfer are both acceptable clinical methods in. IVF
• Frozen embryo transfer seems to be superior in women with PCOS and women with high progesterone on the day of hCG trigger (prog > 1.4 ng/ml)
• The safety profile of both methods seems not fully understood (prematurity and SGA ↑ after fresh transfer, (preeclampsia and LGA ↑ after frozen transfer,)
• We should be careful is not throwing away poor quality embryo’s
