Cryopreserved ovarian tissue (OtC) and use
• Gook and Edgar, 2019: “Without an international registry... it is difficult to assess the clinical efficiency....An estimate based on five major centres (111 patients) indicated a pregnancy rate of 29% and live birth rate of 23%
• Data collected from eight large centres suggested PR 47% and LBR 34%: 92 pregnancies and 67 live birth WW from grafted OtC
• OTC is now an established approach to preserve future fertility for young women; however, the efficiency is difficult to determine particularly for the prepubertal tissue with a scarcity of data
• DK and No OtC as clinical treatment (822 and 164 cases, respectively) In SW (457 cases),OtC five of six centers and in Fi all five centers (145 cases) Rodriguez Wallberg et al, 2016 , 20 years of FP in Nordic countries
