  ICMART questionnaire: new question asked
• Report on oocyte freezing (2b): Total number of OoC cycles, 2 groups,
2 subgroups
Freezing during an ART cycle (a and b)
Cycles performed for Fertility preservation only and (a and b)... With .....a) Medical reason and b) Social reason
• Context: obvious limitations of the current registry report: not using cycle or patient-specific data ? Accountability of data; The absence of recording all cycle starts inflates the success rates. Reporting these findings 7 years after the fact gives rise to doubt about their relevance, as much has changed in clinical and lab practice (Relevance of ICMART Registry report 2011, Seifer, Fert and Ster, Nov 2018)
    Conclusions: autonomy and information
1. Information is also relevant to consent (autonomy) for all, adults and children (Parents are proxy to this decision,... and ...they may experience “anticipated decision regret”)
2. From disparity to improved knowledge based on a multidisciplinary approach and evidence
3. What do we need to proceed?; multiple endeavours are in progress, but questions remain: registers collecting ART data, oncology registers with diagnosis, age, treatment
4. Further: follow up of patients, offspring
