1. Fertility issues are highly valued by young breast cancer patients
2. Pregnancy after breast cancer has no negative impact on oncologic outcomes, irrespective of ER status
3. Timing of pregnancy should consider risk of relapse, age and ovarian function, but pregnancy does not impair prognosis even when it occurs before 24 months
4. The risks of preterm birth and low birth weight were highest in pregnancies that occurred within 1 year from treatment. Careful obstetrical monitoring is mandatory
