 Chronic endometritis: Clinical signs
• Chronic endometritis in most of cases is asymptomatic or accompanied by mild disturbances like spotting or bleeding (94% of cases), mild and undefined pelvic pain, mild leucorrhoea
• Prevalence: 0.5 - 15% in general population; about 20% of women referring to centers for ART (Frydman & Hamou, 1997)
     No specific clinical signs = Hidden pathology
   Indication at hysteroscopy in women diagnosed with C.E. (n. 438) and controls (n. 100)
