The majority of couples report sexual dsyfunctions, so do not medicalize sexual problems as a doctor/counsellor
• He thinks: She wants sex only because of her wish for a child
• She thinks: He wants less sex, does he really want a child?
• Both partners miss their spontaneous sexuality
Solution:
 practise “sex for baby making” and “sex for fun” (depending on the “fertile window”)
 stop medical treatment for at least three months (Wischmann et al. 2014)
