The Pig Model: conclusions
We efficiently obtain large whole‐uterus acellular scaffolds containing vital and tissue specific ECM proteins:
• Retaining of ECM protein fraction.
• Presence of Collagen I & IV, Elastin, Fibronectin and Laminin.
• Biocompatible tissue with Side Population stem cells: formation of
endometrial organoid‐like structures.
• Freeze‐thaw has little effectpositive for storage and handling donor
