OGCT and fertility preservation
Rate of infertility after treatment for OGCT is 5‐10%
• Embryo or Oocyte cryopreservation
• Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is an option
but it’s a dilemma!
• Bilateral oophorectomy and retain uterus for use of donor oocytes
OC‐FSS and follow up by TVE Our experience the last 14 ys
• All patients below the age of 47
• 6 with EOC Stage I, G1
• 12 with BOC
• 4 with OGCT
• After delivery, proceed to HCT oophorectomy
