9. Place the tip of the catheter at the ideal location within the endometrial cavity
(Systematic Review and Common Practice).
• There is fair evidence (one RCT, 7 cohort studies) that placement of the catheter tip in the upper or middle third of the uterine cavity, greater than 1 cm from the fundus optimizes pregnancy rates (Grade B).
