Submucous fibrods
(Bernard et al. 2000)
• Hysteroscopic myomectomy
• Dilation of the cervix and removal of pernderculated submucous fibroids.
Intervention is not beneficial Subserous fibroids
• No impact on infertility or IVF outcome
• Excision of the fibroid does not improve fertility (Bernard et al., 2000)
