Course description

This couse will provide high-level information on optimising the lifestyle of women and men. Sessions will adress the importance of lifestyle and how lifestyle can be modified by developing programs for specific patientgroups, including spontaneous conception , IVF couples and women with PCOS. This course consist of a combination of didactic lectures and hands-on practical session.



Target audience

Nurses and midwifes, psychologists, physiothrapist, nutrionist, clinicians and patient associations.


Educational needs and expected outcomes

The influence and importance of the lifestyle is know to have a big influence on natural conception and on the results of ART. This course will provide high-level information to help practitioners develop their own skills, knowledge and best practics in this field. The topics have been chosen to cover many key areas of optimising the lifestyle of women and men.
