• 194 men returned completed questionnaires (38.9% response rate)
• Age was 35.08 ± 7.08 years and duration of sperm storage was 9.18 ± 3.70 years (mean ± SD)
• Diagnoses included:

• Of the 194 men in the sample:
35.5% (n=69) had never attended for fertility monitoring; 32.6% (n=63) had attended only once;
31.6% (n=61) had attended twice or more
• A number of differences between ‘non attenders’ (n=67) and ‘attenders’ (n=124) were identified.
• Univariate and Multivariate logistic regression was used to explore the predictors of ‘non‐attenders’.
