Atypical Polypoid Adenomyomas (APAs)
• Rare tumors
• Adenomyotic polypoid lesions of the endometrial cavity with
atypia
• Potential malignant  resembling adenocarcinomas
• Possible myometrial invasion within the polypoid or in the adjacent endometrium
• Locally aggressive with frequent local recurrences
