  • Length of follow‐up is controversial:
– Cases of uneventful follow‐up until 72 months
– Case of disease progression after 71 months • Long‐termclosefollow‐up
Definite surgery (hysterectomy) might be an option

  APAs Surveillance Algorithm
Complete hysteroscopic inspection of the endometrial cavity + multiple endometrial biopsies (even far from the polypoid lesion)
6 month follow‐up
clinical examination / transvaginal ultrasound / guided
histological specimen (hysteroscopy) / cervical smear test
The length of the follow‐up needs to be at least 7 years
