Hereditary Ca ‐ BOC Sy (1o relatives with Breast and/or Ov Ca < age of 50) Familial ‐ Multiple Ca Sy (Breast, Ovarian, Leukemias, Lymphoma etc)
EOC < 40 ys is extremely rare in general population
                                         Candidates for FSS
 Young in Reproductive years  Without children
 Uncompleted family planning
  Considerations for FSS decision and patient info to consent
• Age ‐ preferable below 40
• Ovarian cancer at low stage and grade (tumor size <2cm) • r/o metastatic disease (arbitrarily)
• Conservative surgery (compromises complete staging)
• Preserve conditions for spontaneous pregnancy
• Concomitant sub‐fertility factors
• Low sperm count
• IUA, RPL, repeated failures of IVF, ConUtA,
