ESHRE 2024 - Registration

We hope that you can all join us for our Annual Meeting to celebrate the world’s largest in-person event in reproductive science and medicine. Amsterdam provides the perfect environment for people and science to come together. We will continue to offer a hybrid solution for ESHRE 2024. For those who really cannot attend, or companies who would like to give junior members the opportunity to participate in the scientific programme – who would not normally travel – this is the perfect opportunity. Our Precongress Courses and full scientific programme will be available in both live, live streamed and on-demand.

Please note that individual and group registrations can ONLY be made online here via the ESHRE website at http://www.eshre.eu/2024

The "Hybrid" registration includes:

- an in-person/face-to-face attendance, whereby participants are physically present at the meeting venue and
- a virtual connection with live-stream in real time that participants can attend from a distance
- the on-demand offering

The registration fee for the annual meeting includes:

- admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibition
- a certificate of attendance
- on-demand access post annual meeting

The registration fee for the precongress courses includes:

- in-person admission to one specific course as selected, virtual access to all precongress courses
- a certificate of attendance for the attended courses
- on-demand access to all precongress courses post annual meeting

Individual registrations

Members as well as non-members will have to register to have access to the meeting programme. Members of ESHRE (in good standing order at the time of registration) will have the opportunity to register at strongly reduced registration fees. Group registrations

Organisations (i.e. companies, institutions etc.) who wish to support individuals and register groups can do so by purchasing a given number of individual registration codes, which they can distribute to individuals of their choice. The individuals who receive these codes can use them to register for the annual meeting.

The minimum number of required participants for a group registration is 10. 

Fees (minimum of participants required is 10 - prices mentioned (per participant) are exclusive 21% Dutch VAT)

Visitor registrations

In addition to the above, individuals who only wish to visit the in-person and/or virtual exhibit and Industry sponsored sessions can do so by registering as a Visitor. This option does not include access to the official scientific programme (i.e. precongress courses and main programme).

The visitor registration fee = 310 Euro (exclusive 21% VAT)

Please note!

• Main programme and precongress course registrations offer in-person and virtual access to the scientific programme, sponsored sessions and exhibition held in real-time for the duration of the sessions + on-demand access to the meeting platform for 5 months after the meeting has been held
• When you start registration as a non-member, you will have the opportunity to apply for membership in the same process. Please note however that membership reductions apply when you are a member in good standing order at the time of registration.
• Precongress course registration will give virtual access to all 2024 precongress courses. In Amsterdam you can only attend one precongress course in-person. All other precongress courses will become available to you on-demand following the meeting
• Registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes are not possible.
• All prices mentioned are in Euro and exclusive 21% Dutch VAT.
• Deadline early registration: 7 May 2024 (23:59 CEST), standard registration: 11 June 2024 (23:59 CEST). Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment by the applicable deadline.
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer will only be possible until Friday 1 May 2024 for standard registrations and Monday 5 June 2024 for late registrations. Afterwards, payments can only be done by credit card.
• Congress badges should be worn by all participants at all times. Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay an extra administrative fee of 100 Euro to have a new badge issued.
