Order stand material

The RAI is ESHRE’s official supplier of most materials related to your booth.

In the RAI's webshop you will be able to order furniture, catering, power, cleaning, plants and other material to decorate your stand. Bringing your own catering is not allowed.

After your booth space has been confirmed by ESHRE, the RAI first has to create your company in their system, which takes about 1 week.
In case you don’t succeed in getting access to the RAI’s webshop, then you can contact them at webshop@rai.nl
Rigging: In case you would like to receive a quote for rigging, then please contact rigging@mansveldexpotech.nl
Hostesses/Hosts: Are you alone in your booth or do you need a person who speaks different languages, then you can book a host/hostess through this order form.

Graphics
In case you would like to have graphics on your booth walls, please note that the RAI will send you an e-mail about this after you have been created in their system.
Carpet
The standard carpet colour of your booth will be anthracite grey. If you prefer a different colour, then you can request this by sending an e-mail to exhibitorservices@rai.nl / es@rai.nl
There is no additional fee for changing your carpet colour.

If an order is received after the deadline, RAI cannot guarantee if the product or service can be delivered.
