All participants are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony to mark the official start of ESHRE 2024.

The opening ceremony is not sponsored by the industry and therefore the fee of 2.50 euros (inclusive 21% Dutch VAT) will be charged to cover the costs of the ceremony. Participation is optional and non-refundable. Please note that the registration for this event is checked by default in the individual registration form to guarantee your attendance to this event. You can decide to cancel this option, in which case you abstain from attending the “Opening Ceremony” and will be denied access to this specific event.

Sunday, 7 July 2024 from 20:00 to 22:00 (CEST)

All participants are officially invited to the Welcome Reception in the industrial exhibit. It will be an ideal occasion for meeting our industrial sponsors and for networking with other participants.

Attendance to the Welcome Reception is complimentary. 

Tuesday, 9 July 2024 from 20.00 to 00:00 (CEST)

This event will also incorporate the Awards Ceremony (from 21:30 to 22:00). During this Ceremony, the winners of the ESHRE 2024 Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be announced. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards.

Participation is optional, the registration fee will be 60 Euro (exclusive Dutch VAT) for registrations until 6 June 2024. As of 7 June 2024 the late rate will be 70 Euro pp, exclusive Dutch VAT. Register early, places are limited.
Children (0-18 years) are not allowed to participate in the networking events.

Wednesday, 10 July 2024, from 15:30 to 16:30 (CEST) 

The Farewell Reception will take place after the last session of the meeting. This complementary reception will mark the end of ESHRE 2024 and will set the appointment for ESHRE 2025.
