Good Practice Recommendations on Adenomyosis
This Good Practice Recommendations paper was developed by an international panel of gynaecology and reproductive health specialists. It critically assesses current methodologies for diagnosing adenomyosis, spotlighting the heterogeneity in the literature concerning its terminology, classification, and diagnostic approaches.
The paper is now open for stakeholder review between 26 May and 23 June 2026 here.

ESHRE Good Practice Recommendations on Expanded Carrier Screening in medically assisted reproduction
The purpose of this paper is to establish good practice recommendations for the implementation of ECS in MAR centres, to promote standardised, ethical, and effective use that can support informed reproductive decision-making.
