Eating a healthy diet as a child is linked to girls having their first menstrual period at an older age than those who consumed a less healthy diet, according to a new study published today (Wednesday) in Human Reproduction, one of the world’s leading reproductive medicine journals.

Alpha and ESHRE publish an update of the Istanbul Consensus

ESHRE and The Alpha Scientists in Reproductive Medicine have collaborated to release a comprehensive update to the “Istanbul Consensus on assessing oocytes, zygotes and embryos”, last published in 2011.
This updated consensus document defines the current recommended criteria for morphological assessment of oocytes, zygotes, embryos, and provides recommendations for ranking embryos for embryo transfer
