Application Process 2027

Eligibility

• Only active ESHRE members can apply. Make sure your membership is valid until the exam results are published.
• The EFRM Steering Committee will review and validate your eligibility before you can officially apply.
  
  

Key Dates

• Online application period for EFRM Part 1: 16 November 2026 (13:00 CET) – 15 January 2027 (13:00 CET)
• Online EFRM exam (Part 1): 19 March 2027
• Online application period for EFRM Part 2:  1 April 2027 (13:00 CEST) - 31 May 2027 (13:00 CEST)
• OSCE EFRM exam (Part 2) in Stockholm at ESHRE 2027: 03 July 2027
  
  

Application Steps

Step 1: Eligibility Validation

1. Upload all required documents for eligibility verification.
2. Pay the eligibility validation fee of 100 Euro (excl. VAT).
   • This is an administrative, therefore non-refundable fee.
3. Wait for confirmation that your eligibility has been accepted.
   
   

Step 2: Exam Payment

1. Once accepted, you’ll receive a payment link for the exam fee of 400 Euro (excl. VAT).
2. Only applications with completed payment will be accepted for the exam.
3. You will get a notification once your application is fully accepted.
4. Exam fee is non-refundable.
   
   

💡 Tips:

• Make sure all documents are ready before 16 November 2026 to avoid delays.
• Check VAT rules for your country; fees are exclusive of VAT.
• Keep proof of all payments in case of any issues.
